Baydaar — Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Voho Ltd (company number 15054328), which operates Baydaar. They apply to the Baydaar app and website. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account — you can still browse trips and the shop as a guest.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Baydaar has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. In trip chats, in your name and in your profile photo, you must not post or share anything that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful or discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, illegal, spam or advertising, or that shares someone else's private information without their consent. You must not impersonate anyone.

Messages containing abusive language are blocked automatically before they are posted. You can report any message by tapping the flag on it (or holding it), and report or block any traveller from the member list of a trip chat. Blocking hides everything that person posts from you straight away, and also alerts our team. We review every report within 24 hours. When content breaks these terms we remove it, and we remove whoever posted it from trip chats or close their account — without warning.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to create an account, and 18 to make a booking or place an order. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

What you post

You are responsible for the messages and photos you post. You keep ownership of them, and you give us permission to store and show them to the other people in that trip chat for as long as they stay there. We may remove anything, at any time, that we think breaks these terms.

Bookings, orders and custom trips

A booking is a request until our team confirms it. A 50% advance secures your place. The refund on that advance is 50% if you cancel more than 15 days before departure, 25% at 10 to 14 days, and nothing under 10 days. Custom trips carry a non-refundable planning advance, charged only after you approve an itinerary. Shop orders are Cash on Delivery, with free delivery over PKR 5,000 and returns within 7 days.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. Travel depends on weather, roads and suppliers, and itineraries can change for safety. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

If we change these terms we will update the date above and ask you to agree again in the app. We can suspend or close an account that breaks them. You can stop using Baydaar at any time.
